Great customer service. Options available if I want to upgrade, but I dont need to pay for options I dont need or use.

Pros

Price for what I needed from a AMS was great. The onboarding was easy. Customer support was great. Easy to use

Cons

Nothing, it does what I need it to do.There is nothing not to like. Its a simple system for basic Agency Management needs.

Very good so far. The technical suppot is good and proactive. I can get help when I need it (which is often)

Pros

Product support, relatively easy to use. The navigation is much better than similar sytems that I have used.

Cons

Some screens are a bit crowded. I use a 27 inch monitor and it's a bit much at times. If I go mobile and use the ipad then there is more on the oage than I want.

OVERALL WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE OF JENESIS. WE ARE LESS THAN A YEAR IN, AND CAN ALREADY SEE THE BENEFITS OF THE SYSTEM.

Pros

THE WAY EVERYTHING IS EASILY FOUND IN ONE DATABASE. ESPECIALLY, HOW THE ACTIONS DONE ARE AUTOMATICALLY LINKED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Cons

IT ISN'T THE MOST USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE, SPECFICALLY WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING. THE EMAIL CAMPAGIN ARE ALSO DIFFCULT TO WORK.

I use this program everyday and have for nearly 4 years now. Without it, my workload would be significantly less organized. Overall, this system is fantastic.

Pros

We use a product of Jenesis Software, and it is awesome. It does exactly what it is designed to do. It is awesome for keeping all of our files neat and organized.

Cons

Every now and then we run into a bug or two, but this is to be expected with any program. Other than this, the program works amazing.
