Pros: Ease of use and the system's ability to correct/notify the user. All of our agents were able to quickly adapt to the new system once in use. Any suggestions were heard and implemented to the teams best ability.

Cons: Certain abilities we were used to and still are used to from our old software. Old habits die hard!

Pros: Jenesis Software has made insurance quoting and policy servicing a lot easier. Jenesis has come a long way from when I first started using them. When you have an issue, their customer service is right there for you.

Overall: If something isn't working right, just pick up the phone and give them a call. If they can't fix it right then they will put a ticket in and then it would be fixed in the next update.

Pros: Functional. The buttons aren't a mystery to find. I use this software daily at three locations. It has streamlined my procedures for keeping up with forms and files. If I get a call from an adjuster wanting a copy of forms all I have to do is pull up the name of the customer and efax it right out.

Cons: Lack of name recognition. I'm sure this won't last long. The only other downside is that it can be a little fussy with downloads. If everything doesn't match up you have to do a manual override. Good and bad in that.

Overall: I just put all this in a few pages back. So hey let's review. It makes keeping up with customers and their forms much easier.

They work with us to make sure we are using the system and not the system using us.

Pros: Amount of information we can retain. When we see additional needs they usually can review and put them in a future revision.

Cons: I would like to be able to manipulate the data more easily for reports I want to see. Like being able to pull files and sort the way I want them sorted.

Overall: Retain customer information, note section to makes notes on what we do so other people in the office can handle if someone else is out. Run renewal reports. Check on what is showing cancelled and what is active.

I find it very easy to use and it is definitely an asset to our agency

Pros: I find this product to be very easy to use. They are always updating the program to make sure to meet all of the agents needs.

Overall: They are always trying to keep it up to date to make sure things run smoothly.

Pros: I like the management system that is customized for this office, especially the reports, I like the downloads (except for the address section. )

Cons: again, the address section of the downloads. seems to take forever to process that one, I don't find this is a necessary part

Overall: it's a great policy profile system , easy to run the necessary end of day reports.

Jenesis is and has been great for our agency. Willing to listen and grow. Not afraid to make changes

Pros: Very easy to use and friendly. Integrated email and system letters. Ability to send invoices, reminders. Great internal time management system and rolodex. Great reports available quickly and accurately. By far the best value for the money in the industry today. Problem solvers running the company and working there. Ability to talk to people who are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: Larger commercial accounts are a little cumbersome in the system. The certificate management is much better than 8 years ago and continues to improve but still needs a little tweaking.

I am impressed with the system and how it works. On Value for money, Have no idea. Matt would know

Pros: It is pretty easy to do notes, find forms that I need, input information on the policies into the system. So far I am happy with the system. Am sure I will get better the more I use it.

Cons: Still inputting the insured's in the system. Have noticed that when doing H/O, Dwelling Fire, ect, you have to change the date at the top of the coverage page. It is correct on 1st page but not correct on the 1st pg of the coverage page. Also noticed that sometimes when you enter a policy (H/O) sometimes it comes up twice on the front page. I think I figured that out, don't put garaging address and just go to coverage page. For the most part, I'm sure all will be simple when I get completely used to the system.

Overall: When I get used to the system as a whole I am sure I will like it even better than I do now. Of course it takes time to learn a new system but the couple of months I've been using it now, I like it. It is easy to look up things like renewals and forms. And filling out forms are pretty easy also.

Definitely 5 stars all around! Easy and helpful software and wonderful customer service!

Pros: I like being able to have everything I need at the tips of my fingers and how simple it is to use. my office and I use Jenesis on a daily basis.

Cons: Not being able to categorize the clients or have them in alphabetical order, especially when we print them out.

Jenesis is the perfect database for maintaining your business!

Pros: I love that Jenesis provides functions to contact customers, send birthday messages and automatic responses regarding their policies. There are so many different things you can do and are all very useful. Also, everyone at Jenesis is very helpful and informative. Adam is my go-to guy.

Cons: There's not much I don't like, but we do receive errors sometimes and some reports don't generate correctly. It's seldom and I can't provide an example. Not too bad.

Comments: Very simply, we couldn't operate without a solid, dependable agency management system, and Jenesis meets our agency's needs completely. Jenesis offers many functions that makes completing our daily tasks easier and more efficient. We love the fact that we can email and text our customers from within the program. And the many reports that are available allow us to easily track our production, receipts, and time management, I would recommend Jenesiss to every agency that wants a superior system and doesn't want to pay too much.

Comments: I have been a customer for over 20 years and have tried other systems along the way. None stand up to what Jenesis offers, not to mention it is substantially less. I guess the main reason for that is the close relationship with an agency, so they know exactly what we need to be successful.

Comments: Our office has been using Jenesis Software for about 3 years, and this management system has been a great product. Keeping the office balanced and maintaining policies has been a function that has resulted in our office keeping track of our customers needs and giving them great service. Distinct features within this product makes your busy day a little less hectic.

Comments: Jenesis is invaluable to our operation. The integration with our finance company, credit card vender and insurance companies saves us a lot of man-hours. Having the ability to quote multiple companies with one click gives us an advantage over our competition. The reporting features are broad. They give us great management tools.

Comments: I have used Jenesis in an agency for 15+ years and don't know how I could have done it without it. Love the built in rater. However, it doesn't rate all companies it is still a huge time saver. Having the accord forms prefilled is nice too. All of my companies download into it. Really like that I can be paperless. The Jenesis team is so helpful and the certification learning is to notch.
