"Jenesis-the answer to your insurance needs"

**Overall:** Jenesis is an excellent agency management system. The \[sensitive content hidden\] of Jenesis knows what insurance agencies need and provides you with the tools to succeed.

**Pros:** Jenesis is very easy to learn and navigate.

**Cons:** Sometimes you can not have multiple people processing downloads at the same time

**Pros:** I like how user friendly it is. It is easy to navigate.

**Cons:** I don't like updates, it can throw me off when I'm in the zone.
