None stand up to what Jenesis offers, not to mention it is substantially less. I guess the main reason for that is the close relationship with an agency, so they know exactly what we need to be successful. However, it doesn't rate all companies it is still a huge time saver. Having the accord forms prefilled is nice too. All of my companies download into it. Really like that I can be paperless. Pros Jenesis Software is extremely user-friendly. It offers very effective features for managing and prioritizing insurance claims with clients. Documentation is made easier as well. Cons If you are having trouble using the software and can’t get help from internal support, you have to call during Jenesis business hours. If not, there is no way to get support.
