Options available if I want to upgrade, but I dont need to pay for options I dont need or use. Pros Price for what I needed from a AMS was great. The onboarding was easy. Customer support was great. Easy to use Cons Nothing, it does what I need it to do.There is nothing not to like. Its a simple system for basic Agency Management needs. Without it, my workload would be significantly less organized. Overall, this system is fantastic. Pros We use a product of Jenesis Software, and it is awesome. It does exactly what it is designed to do. It is awesome for keeping all of our files neat and organized. WE ARE LESS THAN A YEAR IN, AND CAN ALREADY SEE THE BENEFITS OF THE SYSTEM. Pros THE WAY EVERYTHING IS EASILY FOUND IN ONE DATABASE. ESPECIALLY, HOW THE ACTIONS DONE ARE AUTOMATICALLY LINKED TO THE CUSTOMER. Cons IT ISN'T THE MOST USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE, SPECFICALLY WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING. I can get help when I need it (which is often) Pros Product support, relatively easy to use. The navigation is much better than similar sytems that I have used. Cons Some screens are a bit crowded. I love that they want to hear from their customers as to what we would like to see and actually have some of those ideas implemented in the system. Pros We love the ease of having all our customer files all in one easy location to find. We have a clean and neat way to file for each customer. Rating has been made much easier, keeping up with the money that is taken in on a daily basis. We love everything about Jenesis Cons That we still do not have the ability to quote Progressive Insurance through Jenesis (this is not a Jenesis issue this is a Progressive issue) Reason for choosing Jenesis Software When this was offered to us we were not even aware that products like this were available. Before that, I worked in IT for 12 years. So the ability to find or create the info needed is huge. Pros This program gives us everything we could possibly ask for in a customer management database. There are some features I've never even used. We can search multiple ways to find a customer. You can view or create any report you'd ever need. Principal Agent Insurance Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Tools For Success" September 23, 2022 5.0 I've dealt with Jenesis and other companies and Jenesis is small enough to care for each of it's clients and big enough to handle the servicing of their clients Pros With masking on our policies, it's very hard to requote our customers. We want them to have the best rates available and Jenesis allows us to do that without having to call the customer and collect the info we are supposed to have. Jenesis makes me more money than I spend on it. Cons On rare occasions some downloads don't take and a customer, here and there, will be missing. Pros Jenesis is very easy to use and if there are any issues, there is always someone to help right away. Cons The switch from Jenesis classic to web based was a little bit of a transition, but overall not too bad. We do miss the rater in quote control.
