They help when I need it and are always willing to show me or direct me where to get the information that I need Pros I believe that you have everything at your fingertips, if all is completed properly, which makes it easy for any other employee to know what's going on with the client and their needs. Cons Not having enough time to train properly and having to learn stuff that I should have already known earlier. They have a great customer service team that is always there. They answer emails, and phone calls. Pros I like the most: Easy to use. The easy of keeping track of notes/receipts/doc's/J-Mail's. Our agency uses all of these features every min of the work day. Its nice to have daily downloads for renewals, changes & new policies. Cons Agency chat room is not the greatest. There is a delay at times on messages. It would be nice if there was a sound (or something more noticeable) to let a person know when a new message is waiting. Review Source AC Ana C. Pros Jenesis is a game changer. At my previous insurance job we used a different system and when I switched companies, I never realized how much I was missing out on, until using Jenesis. The Jenesis team is unmatched. They will help at anytime and take suggestions from users and actually implement change. Cons I can't think of anything right now. I especially like the new feature with the update 20.1.0 where you can be in one customer account and still go to the dash board and look up someone else. I have used it several times today. Communication between agents regarding customers. Aware of cancels and renewals. manage quotes and new customers Pros Love the dashboard where all info is easily accessed. Using this software is easy for those with little computer experience and a breeze for those who are experienced. Looking up clients and handling renewals and cancels are now manageable and not overwhelming. Training was individual and answered lots of questions. Customer Service and follow up is awesome. Cons I would more like more accounting added. Email to multiple customers at once. If I had to create my own software, it would not be as comprehensive as JenesisNow. This is hands down the most comprehensive program available for managing client and policy info...especially for our agency which writes a LOT of Lloyds. This programs is intuitive and so easy to use. Pros Easy to customize and navigate. Perfect for Lloyd's and ES policies. Cons Have not found any yet, only complaint is I wish I had started using sooner! Also the fact that it serves the use of the business in one place instead of having to use multiple programs for day to day operations. Cons only recently did something come about that I did not like about the software and that is how if we upgrade to a beta or newest version if there are multiple bugs and not able to gain access to a very important document that we needed and we were not able to roll back to the previous version. Very user friendly and I feel more productive and efficient since everything is in one place. Pros The features that I like the most is having everything in one place. I like that I can text / email payment reminders and receipts. I like the fact that we can upload any policy documents directly into the client's media file without having to go to a different program to look for something. I also like the suspense ability no more post-it notes ! Cons The only feature that I could think can use some improvement is that the downloads displaying in the note section. It's great that any endorsement or new business downloads into the client itself but it takes "note" space when you are looking for a quick note that you may need to review. There are so many different things you can do and are all very useful. Also, everyone at Jenesis is very helpful and informative. Adam is my go-to guy. We need space to enter building improvements, etc. For example: there is no where to enter that the wiring of a building was updated in 2015 that would transfer to Acords. We try to enter as much information about each policy to get the best ratings possible. Images, Notes, Downloads, Accounting, Suspenses are all easy to access. Jenesis makes servicing your clients so much easier every day. Pros I like the ease of use and all of the neat features form J-links to reports that drill down as well as the prompt customer service when needed. Cons Jenesis could use a little more for commercial. I know that they are always adding new and exciting features to help with commercial clients. Also no after hour/weekend/holiday help/support if you are locked out for agents working those days/hours.
