Two of the largest known of those systems being AMS 360 and Applied EPIC. I wouldn't choose either over Jenesis. Pros The software is the most user friendly AMS I have had the pleasure to utilize. Cons There really aren't any cons about the software in my opinion. A suggestion would be to add a feature that allows documents sent out for eSignatures to attach directly to the client file automatically. It is easy to input and see all info. Cons The name look up option is the least liked. Its not bad at all but putting them in alphabetical order will be nice. Makes quoting much easier and has great retention tools. Customer service is always on point. Cons Some of the algorithms can be annoying but I know it's due to our administrator requested it. The processes are not complicated and easy to follow especially after watching the you tube videos then having the trainer go over that information with you. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was my personal trainer and he has been fantastic. He was always easy to reach by email or phone for any questions and was always on-time to our scheduled zoom all. I would rate the overall process a 10. There was nothing I disliked about my training experience with Jenesis software. Thank you! Pros What I liked most about the software was the ease of use. Cons There is nothing that I disliked about the software. Reason for choosing Jenesis Software Jenesis has a great team that is always available and ready to answer any questions you may have versus other companies we used previously. It wasn’t an overload of information. It was JUST enough information to help me use and navigate through the software without any issues! And, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a great personal trainer. He was extremely helpful, personable and even gave me some extra tips that I could implement to help me with my daily tasks in Jenesis. He has also been following up with me even after our training session, to see if there is anything further he could help me with. Overall, I give the training and my trainer both a 10! Pros The multiple areas to quickly locate a client and the tags for organization purposes! Pros They have the right idea about the product but it still needs to be improved as to be able to save info a little bit faster and be able to move between window a little faster too.
