Unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen mit SmartProcess sind sehr positiv. Die Anwendung bietet vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeiten rund um Prozesse und lässt sich gut in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren. Besonders schätzen wir die gute Betreuung und den zuverlässigen Support, der bei Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und kompetent unterstützt.

Pros

Aus unserer Sicht sind insbesondere die \*\*große Anwendungsvielfalt\*\* sowie die \*\*sehr gute Kundenbetreuung\*\* hervorzuheben. Die Lösung lässt sich flexibel in unterschiedlichen Kontexten einsetzen und wird durch einen zuverlässigen und unterstützenden Service begleitet.

Cons

Aktuell sehen wir nur wenige Nachteile. Einige Funktionen wirken anfangs etwas umfangreich, sodass man sich zunächst einarbeiten muss, um die Möglichkeiten vollständig zu nutzen. Mit etwas Erfahrung relativiert sich das jedoch schnell.

Das vorherige Tool war für unsere Anforderungen zu umfangreich und damit auch kostenintensiv. Viele Funktionen haben wir im Alltag nicht benötigt. Zudem wurde der Support zunehmend umständlich und weniger hilfreich, sodass wir uns nach einer passenderen und praxisnäheren Lösung umgesehen haben.

Wird hauptsächlich als Prozessdokumentation verwendet. Letzter Zeit vermehrt als Datenmanagement und Workflow, was Anwendungsbereich sehr effektiv erweitert.

Pros

1\. Intuitive Bedingung! 2. Alles funktioniert, wie erwartet. 3. Guter Funktionsumfang. 4 4. Möglichkeit der Selbstgestaltung der Startseite sowie automatisierte Vorlagen, Workflows, etc.. 5. Mehrere Sprachen können angelegt werden 6. Super schneller und effizienter Support bei Problem oder Fragen - wirklich außerordentlich!!!

Cons

1\. Keine Möglichkeit Unterschriften in die Dokumente bei der Freigabe zu setzten. 2. Kataloge kann man nur einsprachig anlegen (Problem bei der Sichtbarkeit, wenn andere Sprache ausgewählt ist)

Es werden seit längerem immer nur die gleichen Schulungsmodule angeboten. Produkt ist aber nach wie vor sehr gut.

Pros

Prozessmodelling und Dokumentenverwaltung sind top. Mittlerweile gibt es einige Zusatzmodule und Funktionalitäten, diese sollten mehr aktiv angeboten werden. Videoclips.

Cons

Organigrammausgestaltung ist zwar fuer das Prozessmodell tauglich aber nicht genügend um vorzuzeigen. (nicht Praesentationstauglich). Nicht Mandantenfähig.

Wenn man sich mit dem Programm beschäftigt, ist es auch ohne Schulung möglich sich ein tolles QMS aufzubauen. Besonders die Dokumentenfunktionen gefallen mir und erleichtern die Routine ungemein. Kein langes Suchen mehr und alles auf einem Blick und an einem Ort. Das System erinnert einen daran wenn eine Gültigkeit abläuft.

Pros

Anwenderfreundliches und selbsterklärendes Programm. Flexibel und für alle Branchen nutzbar. Man kann sich mit ein wenig Übung alles so gestalten wie es für das Unternehmen passt.

Cons

Die Flexibilität und die fehlenden Vorgaben gefallen vielleicht nicht jedem, da man sich damit intensiv beschäftigen muss.

Guter Kundenservice. Auf Anfragen wird zeitnah reagiert. Der direkte Betreuer versucht bei Problemen praktikable Lösungen zu finden.

Pros

Man kann fast alles selbst konfigurieren. Das Tool ist vielseitig einsetzbar. Die Hilfe bietet einen umfangreichen Einblick, ebenso die Videos.

Cons

Schnittstellen sollten erweitert werden. Direkt zu SAP oder PowerBI. Bei Prozessen muss jedes Feld übersetzt werden, was mühselig ist.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Ab der nächsten Version ca. im Oktober ist auch eine Funktion enthalten, mit der man mit der Deepl-Integration ganze Prozesse und Workflows inkl. der Felder auf einmal übersetzen kann.

Auf dem ersten Blick war ich etwas erschlagen. Man findet sich aber sehr gut in das System ein. Wir haben begonnen mit Smartprocess unser QM-System von Grund auf neu zu gestalteten. Bzw. mussten wir es neu aufbauen. Mit den Prozessmodellierer, dem Dokumentenmanagement und dem Workflow-Editor war es uns möglich ein super übersichtliches und verständliches QMS aufzubauen. Und dadurch das im System alles miteinander verknüpft ist, ist auch hier die Transparenz und Übersichtlichkeit auf einem sehr hohen und gutem Level. Smartprocess ist der perfekte Begleiter für dein QMS und perfekt für Audits :)

Pros

Übersichtlichkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit. Durch den Workflow-Editor kann man vorhandene Prozesse perfekt (teil-)automatisieren.

Cons

Einige Funktionen sind noch nicht ganz ausgereift. Es ist aber nichts weltbewegendes. Es wird ja auch nach und nach geupdated. Fehlende REST-API um noch mehr mit dem System machen. (Ich bin mir bewusst dass es eine gibt, aber nur für Katalog-Einträge)

Mir gefällt das System seit dem ersten Tag an sehr gut. Alle unsere Anforderungen können wir mit CWA abdecken. Wenn wir Rückfragen haben, haben wir bisher immer und schnell eine Antwort vom Support bekommen. Wir sind nach wie vor überzeugt, dass CWA das richtige System für unsere Firmengruppe ist.

Pros

Einfach zu lernen, sehr intuitiv, Automatische Übersetzung mit Deepl im Hintergrund wird sehr viel verwendet. Lizenz Verwaltung funktioniert auch super (Lizenzen auf andere Mitarbeiter übertragen). Die einfache Modellierung von eigenen Workflows ist gut gemacht. Hiermit haben wir schon Mitarbeiterumfragen gemacht und managen unser KVP-Wesen.

Cons

Es gibt keine Benachrichtigung im System selbst, sondern nur über E-Mails. Mitarbeiter, die keine eigene E-Mail Adresse haben, bekommen viele Nachrichten nicht oder nur umständlich. Und wir nutzen den "News" Bereich als "Schwarzes Brett" um unternehmensweite Infos zu kommunizieren. Hier wäre etwas mehr Funktionalität oder ein eigenes Modul wünschenswert (Z.B. mit Sortierung der aktuellen News und Archivierung von nicht mehr gültigen)..

Great service and support. The system keeps on opening up new opportunities for the business with regards to digitising processes, forms and workflows etc.

Pros

The system is user friendly and the available functions allow us to create many workflows that support our business processes. Our processes are clear and transparent to the whole business for each user at every level. The reporting function is very beneficial for monitoring and managing.

Cons

External persons (supplier/customer) not being able to save a form sent from SmartProcess, to send at a later date. As this means the user must complete the form in one go, which can be challenging when the forms are lengthy.

Reasons for choosing SmartProcess

SmartProcess offered many functions that are relevant to our business at a reasonable cost. The system is very user friendly and the service provided has been brilliant. We were also provided access to a demo system so that we could trial out the functions for a number of weeks before deciding whether to purchase.

Cons

Import von exportierte Signavio Dateien zu SmartProcess: Importieren wir Dateien von Signavio nach Smartprocess, wird nur eine Lane übertragen, und IT-Symbole, Kommentare und die Formatierung von Gateways werden nicht übertragen

Grundsätzlich ist es ein mächtiges Tool um komplexe Prozesse und deren Aufgaben heraus strukturiert aufbauen zu können.

Die Erstellung eines Workflows ist nicht immer gleich selbsterklärend. Bedarf erstmal einer Einarbeitung.

Kosten und Beratung waren bei Smart Processes überschaubarer. Auch läßt sich die Schrittweise skalierbar in Smart Prozess sukzessive ausbauen und erweitern.
