"Domo has been a very helpful tool"

**Overall:** been pretty good, we are about 75% through automating our reports and it has been a huge help.

**Pros:** It automatically connects to our crm and our data files and we don't have to manually import them in.

**Cons:** that you can't schedule and excel file to export with the formatting that the card is set up with .

"With Domo, ANYONE can put their data to great use."

**Overall:** It's so easy to use, it's really powerful, and it can really make a difference to an organization that is looking to better utilize it's data. On the other hand, it can really get expensive if you don't put in the effort to govern your costs. Domo needs to improve its consumption controls.

**Pros:** It's one of the most robust and user-friendly data and BI platforms. I can connect to any number of systems, transform data, and visualize it literally within minutes.

**Cons:** Domo's new consumption pricing model solves the problem of paying for numerous extra features, and it brings a lot of flexibility to allow customers to control their costs. However, because Domo is so user-friendly, it's really difficult to keep the costs from spiraling out of control because of the "democritization" of data.
