Pros I can connect different data through APIs to it and it allows for a lot of customization in ways that other software don't. Works great with all the integrations and connections that are possible. New features are constantly being added. Cons It can be buggy when building charts. Pros It can do everything you need! If you feel that there is no way to pull your data into it, then you’re wrong! It has so many ways to connect it is incredible. Also the Mobil app is the best I see! It’s also has the quickest response to its customers about any issues. Cons It’s pricey. But you’ll pay the cost if you recognize the power behind it. With how much data you can get from it and get it LIVE tooo, is incredible. Fork up the change for it, invest in using it for ALL your data and you won’t regreet it. I have had to pay more and more money! And now you have to buy the platform (20k+) pay for users at 2k each, and then NOW they are making you pay for the connectors as of last month, so I can't add any more stuff! Oh and it crashes all the time, and there is virtually no support. The only support you have to pay 200 bucks an hour for! SCAM Pros Easy to use and figure out. Great way to have all of your stuff in one place Cons no customer support unless you pay more. and they nickel and dime you more and more each month. Even just point Google sheets to Domo is slick and pretty quick to set up. You can share and comment on cards (charts). Most of the charts look really good. Loved the interface as well which easily allows manipulating cards of info. Plus, it comes pre-setup with role based reports that make transition faster. Customer support is very quick and they have added a ton of raw data connections to connect to our variety of data sources Cons This is like the Cadillac of BI tools. January 1, 2021 5.0 My experience so far has been very good. It provides the drill-down capability that isn't readily available with other applications. Also, it seems to be more than capable in terms of importing data from disparate applications, which is very important. Pros I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters. Cons I want this software to be able to integrate with any tool of my choice (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Learning Management Systems, etc.). The graphing and dash-boarding is really simple and clean. The design is vibrant and makes things like checking call stats more appealing. The UI is very easy to master and intuitive. Pros Easily viewable dashboards that show me just what I need to see without hunting or recreating them every time. They are (more or less) live and up to date each time I view them. Cons It's not Domo's fault necessarily, but the obvious challenge is that the source of data pulled from has to be accurate or what is displayed in Domo will not be accurate. Incredibly fast to implement. I had deployable charts on day one. -Easy to combine various data sources -They are constantly improving there software. Cons I do not many cons to report as of yet. This is nice when we are throwing something together, but still, want it to look professional. Cons Maybe it's just our license but it seems like the branding or white labeling was done very poorly. Shows very nice and creative trend indicators. Offers a lot of connectors to other apps like Quickbooks or Social Media, so you can create indicators from external data to analyze and present results to the board. Cons The price is very high.
