It would not refinance the loans correctly. Customer service seemed to make an effort to fix it but never did. I asked them not to charge me while they were trying to get it to work and they did anyway. I finally canceled it and they made me pay for an extra month. Pros Founded 10 years ago by experts who were IN THE BUSINESS - they have lived out the day-to-day scenarios of payday lending. Support is fantastic.
