“Junk. Doesn't even import the first generation impact. It's slower.”

ProsNothing. I physically hate the second generation Impact. It takes more time than the first generation. It is not easier. The information doesn't import as it should. You have to enter the same information multiple times. The system doesn't work well with the mandated finger print/mug shot systems. The company roll out training is senseless.
ConsAll of it. We paid for it we were screwed. It's absolute junk. I know of at least one agency that stopped using it and went to another reporting system. I wish we would. It's awful. The first generation worked fine. There were a few things I didn't care about the first generation but this second generation is awful.
