Our company Europcar, was looking for new software few months, until we found Navotar and now we are truly grateful to find it. It is very easy to use, fast and customer interface is grate. Features that it has to offer are really endless. My management is very much satisfied having navotar on board and as our rental software partner. I can tell that customer support is one in million, every time they step up and in a minute they are ready to help. If anyone has second taught for Navotar, think no more, cause it is great value for money we get!

Pros

The cloud bases accessibility make it easier to use the system from anywhere, the mobile app is great and serves the same purpose. The team is readily available to support in case of any issues. Easy to learn & use. My team has become very efficient since we took this product. this software we are able to keep track of all the agreements, easy to pull up last previous agreements, summary of the vehicle , expense sheets , everything is very convenient. This is the future of the car rental software in the market. Don't hesitate to start doing business with them right away. You will be impressed what their software. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to switch their existing car rental software or even want to start a business even.

Cons

Some items are not customization which i have already discussed with their team and would be done in the future updates.

Anytime I need help with something the response is very quick and they will walk you though everything step by step. It was a tough decision to make to change rental software companies after using the same one for 20 years, but Navotar did a great job making this software easy to use and great customer service for anytime you need help figuring something out or changing the software to better meet your needs.

Pros

There are several features I like about Navotar. What I like most is the customer service and how quickly they respond and help solve any issues that come up. Another feature I really like is the customization available. It is very easy to add features on or make changes when needed.

Cons

I'm not dissatisfied with the software, but when we first signed up, I thought more features were included in our package. I found out they were additional pieces we needed to purchase.

Price point. We are a small business and don't have the volume that the bigger rental companies have. We were looking for a reliable, up to date, software system that integrated newer technology that allows us to do our work more efficiently and accurately. The system is also very customizable. So you can add on features that you need, and you don't have to pay for the features you don't need, which comes in handy when you are a small business.

Huge waste of money… We paid $5,000 and was never able to get a successful rental out of this service… I highly recommend choosing another company like fareharbor to build your rental website. Customer service is horrible and almost always unreachable… Do not hire this company! Since asking for a refund I have only been contacted demanding we pay again and threatened with legal action, when I explain the situation I am told someone will contact me… months go by and I am again contacted to demand payment but never about the refund I have asked for on several occasions.. FareHarbor has worked amazingly and since switching our rental business has quadruppled!

Pros

The empty promises made… they said they could help us read more customers and expand our business… the only part of this company that seems to respond is accounting when they think they are going to get paid

Cons

They never set up a website for us we paid $5000 for nothing and now we get constant calls and emails threatening legal action for not continuing service. Their services do not allow you to use your own payment method as you have to source with another company to take payments…

In one word... Phenomenal!

Pros

The support and sales staff are absolutely amazing. They aren't the type of company to sell you something that they don't back 100%! This company has hands-down the greatest customer support available in the industry (and I've tried other software - don't waste your time)! Their setup fees are higher than other companies in this industry - but the time saved is well worth the investment!

Cons

While their support is truly amazing it is advertised as 24/7 support. I don't think it's truly 24/7 but they are EXTREMELY supportive regardless! They WILL get back to you - they don't ignore you.... that is very important in the industry when a frustrated customer is standing in front of you and something doesn't work as expected (hey, it's technology, it happens to EVERYONE - even the multi-million dollar software that those big guys pay for!)

When we started in 2014 the product was really good but after it got bought things changed. We are in the hunt of developing our own system or use AiRentoSoft

Pros

We loved the product for the reason it's value for money in 2014 when it's called Navotar but after moving to price get increased every month

Cons

New has lot of bugs & issues, support is Horrible , we don't get response for months, Billing and payments became complicated under new management. We were searching for new system TSD was expensive, looks like AiRentoSoft might be value for money or we need to develop our own

We have been using a product Called Navotar since 2012, we were very pleased with the product & support. Company got acquired by Valsoft and the moved the team to some country. The current team doesn't know the product.

Pros

Very Bad Customer service. It takes 3 weeks to get a support request resolved. Lot of new bugs and no one seems to be fixing it.

Cons

Horrible support & Billing issues. Software quality dropped drastically within 2 years after moving they moved the support to lebanon

Horrible experience, horrible support, and they take no responsibility and do not hold themselves accountable when they make a mistake that causes clients money.

Pros

I signed up for Navotar and was moved to without notice.

Cons

Support is terrible. Monthly payment is via a foreign company and additional fees were charged by my bank. Outages caused missed reservations.

Completely negative. Had high hopes but they are difficult to work with. Customer service reps are friendly but their software, , is still buggy.

Pros

It has potential but some things still need to be smoothed out. This is mainly with the Software that is still in a Beta, but they don't tell you that.

Cons

After finding the software was very buggy in Safari I tried it in Chrome and it still had some issues. Setting rates is very clunky, especially when getting into Holiday rate. When asked for a refund a few days later due to the software not working, they denied it. Then, after making sure they knew I wanted to cancel, with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] personally saying he'll take care of it, my credit card was charged again 5 days later and still no notification of my account being closed.

Overall, I haven't been able to use the system as is. Very ridiculous

Pros

I liked it's pricing and interface. In the demo, it looked like an easy-to-use, turnkey solution for our Tesla rental company.

Cons

However, after paying a 4-figure setup fee, customer support started responding in 3-5 days instead of hours. I would later find out that a few features, like bulk vehicle uploads, aren't even working. Customer support has told me several times now that they would send me a working Excel spreadsheet for it, but it has been over a week now with still no spreadsheet.

I regret going with , especially as a new business where you need to start off with a good impression- all the bad reviews my business received were due to Rentall bug related problems. Even when you report issues it takes weeks to resolve or in most cases they never get back to you and you just have to deal with the consequences of that. The software is very substandard. Don't fall for the price and affordability, it will cost you a lot more money and frustrated customers down the road.

Pros

Our experience has been very very bad. Really regret ever going with them. Online reviews is what swayed us but later realized most of the reviews is riding on is from when they were owned by Novatar- since Rentall took over after 2021 the service has been terrible and reflects in the reviews. Don't fall for the price, it will cost you down to road in angry customers, loss of time trying to fix issues and a software that doesn't work.

Cons

The software doesn't work for what it advertised for period. our website was constantly running into tech issues, clients could not book for one reason or the other. 0verall I just wish they had not bought out Navotar and we were still using that program. We had to switch to a completely new company and website which again we lost time and money during that transition.

Pros

This company bought out Navotar. We did not like the switch at all. Thankfully they let us continue to use Navotar until it became obsolete.

Cons

The added more steps and complicated the rental process with the new version. Our site was infected with porn and malware, we had numerous occasions were it was completely down for various reasons. We lost a lot of money at critical times using during those times as our business is 85% seasonal. Lots of the staff that was with Navotar left after they were bought out. It was very clear that some of the developers have never been on the other side of renting cars.

The software is not too bad, it is slow in performance. Customer support is out of Sri-Lanka and horrible. No one really knows much about the software, you have to talk to different agents to try and accomplish anything. I signed on in August of 2021, it is now December and I'm still not up and running and paying for the use of the software and still NOT ABLE TO USE.

Performs the very basic car rental operations

Cons

You have to push too many buttons to accomplish a simple task.

Ease of use of the system and best customer support.

Cons

Navotar helped us a lot in managing our reservations, rental agreements, fleet (maintenance and vehicle registration) and customers. I realized how easy it is to manage a growing fleet with their system. It's a must for starting a car rental business. Hoping they will always update the system with the changing demands of technology of the customers.

The system was installed very quickly with tremendous support. Any time something has come up where we need help, the response has been quick. We are very pleased with how simple the system is to use and all the features it offere.

Pros

Features and use are so user friendly. Easy to train new employees to use the system. Support has been extremely good as far as timely response.

I met the Navotar Team in Las Vegas convention Auto Rental Show in Bally's Vegas. Visha and the rest of the team introduced this software there and I was impressed at first sight. They have successfully worked on many other rental companies including luxury and exotic businesses as well.

Pros

The software is easy to maneuver through. The greatest thing about this is that the Navotar Team replies back so fast when there are any issues that need to be resolved or improved. This software is Apple Product friendly and is so responsive with any mobile device. Book or create a reservation with your phone or tablet in minutes! Also gives you the option to take pictures of the vehicles and have the customer sign right there in front of you so both of you agree if there were any damages prior them renting it out. This is the future of the car rental software. Don't hesitate to start doing business with them right away. You will be impressed what their team is capable of. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to switch softwares or start a business even.

Navotar is the best system because it offers affordable and complete features to our requirements, such as quick lookup, fleet utilization, Vehicle Depreciation Register Report, Reservation Quote Report,Payment Details, Financial Summary, Location Profitability Report ,rate management and other reports.

Cons

If navotar can include the online booking and payment systems then it will be 100% perfect system in this industry.
