Pros: We love the customization aspect of the program, and that [sensitive content hidden] has worked with us to accommodate changes we needed, requests of things we wanted and is happy to review and update the program with suggestions that we put forward. It feels like a partnership, and we appreciate the flexibility that has given us and how it will continue to allow us to grow.
Cons: We can't use the program offline. If we are in areas with low or weak internet, loading images and filling out reports can become sluggish. It we are working remotely, with no internet, we can't access the program.

Overall: Having contact with the developer direct is the strongest feature of Nexus, if we have an issue the problem is rectified or explained within under 24 hrs.If we have an idea for a feature the developer works with us to create and implement an option.
Pros: Nexus scheduling, invoicing, reports are easy to use and fulfils all of our needs
Cons: Form design and integration is not as easy as other programs and I look forward to seeing the upcoming improvments
