Once you do, the app is powerful and flexible. My campaign isn’t launched yet, but the setup went well, and I’d recommend ReferralCandy to anyone looking for a customizable referral program. Pros ReferralCandy is very complete and well designed. It offers a lot of settings, so you can customize almost everything to fit your program, and it remains fairly intuitive. I appreciate that pricing is partly based on successful referrals. Support is responsive: \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me with the theme settings and was a great help. Cons Test Mode can only be used once per campaign, and campaigns and segments can’t be deleted or duplicated. I ended up testing in live mode and adjusting the settings afterwards. Cons What I like least about ReferralCandy is that a member does not have a single unified dashboard that shows everything about all the campaigns they are part of. It would be great if they could add this, so members don’t have to deal with multiple different dashboard links and get confused. We wanted a simple and automated way customers or others could refer and get rewarded. They seem to be exactly what we are looking for. I am still in the trail and yet to see if work on a large scale, but if they deliver what they promise it will transform our companies growth. I love it's integration with Chargebee (as long as it works). Cons I found the dashboard UI not intuitive and there were glitches once our Chargebee account and Referral Candy were linked saying they weren't linked, but then one day they it solved itself. Just for the domain setup (if you want to send all e-mails via your domain) you need some technical knowledge. But honestly, just ask the AI and it works out. It's super easy to track all referrals activity, validate purchases or invalidate fraudolent ones. The native connection with other marketing platforms and social is great for boosting the referral program and spread the word. Cons Maybe the templates translation section could be optimized to be lighter and the whole translation process is sometime redundant, but anyway you only need up to 10 min to translate all your templates. Cons We have multiple business units that use the software so we have 3 separate logins. I wish we could have one login to manage all business units (and still keep separate billing).
