Pros I like how the system mostly serves customers with minimal customer service requests. I haven't had to worry much about referral candy since setting it up. She was very concise and I had absolutely no follow ups, which is rare when talking to any customer support department 😅 Cons The template builder is very limited. It's very hard to have your branding represented correctly on all platforms and referral candy doesn't have enough features to do so. It could be difficult for a lead or customer to recognize the brand if the email is standardized and you can only change the logo or have a small banner. Some of them are not even editable. We also tried to integrate it with our Klaviyo account, to have more freedom over the look and feel of the emails, but the integration does not sync automatically, so that's more work for us.
