A very positive experience so far!

Pros

I've only just started using this software, so I haven't had a whole lot of time with it yet. From what I have seen so far, however, I'm impressed! It gives me the options that I have been looking for and everything is easy to follow. The best part so far is their great customer service. The rep was awesome in helping solve my problems in a timely manner. She also gave me recommendations of things I should do outside of what we were discussing to get the most out of the program. So far I'm very satisfied. Thank you, Lorraine!

Cons

I haven't had a lot of time with the program yet to find many cons.

Pros

I like the referral Program and the custom rewards feature.

Cons

I would say it is the API response for the Rewards specially for the coupons because the coupon code is not included on the response. It is nice to have for reporting purposes.

refers lots of customers. simple to use.

Cons

how payouts are every month. How we can't customize a code on a one-off basis. How we can't track codes prevent some people from getting the codes/automatic email. More email customization.

My client had an issue integrating RC with their ecommerce platform. When I emailed RC Support for help, I was lucky enough to have my support ticket "picked-up" by Customer Success Manager. When the issue still wasn't resolved after sharing countless acticles, links, and other documents, Rep continued to work with the RC team, my team, and my client, for THREE MONTHS to find a solution. He absolutely went beyond the parameters of his job description. He solved the problem, saved the client, and defined "Customer Success Manager".

Pros

I think the software provides all the basic tools for start up brands to launch/manage their first ever referral programs.

Cons

I think the current features available limits the types of referral programs a brand can offer. Other features like lifecycle rewards, reward tiers, and parent/child account types, would be great additions in my opinion.

this integration was simple. there's a lot of documentation and tutorials available but they are for woocommerce or shopify.

Cons

when integrating with paypal and based on subscriptions, the system is not easy to use or understand and is lacking on informative resources. there's nothing for paypal as well as there's nothing on how it works based on subscriptions .

I was just exploring this software and found quite easy to use and integrate with my scheduler. Our recent tests were quite ok. Though not used it commercially full on as of now

I am relatively new to ReferralCandy but in my setup process I ran into a slight issue (my email just would not verify for one reason or another) so I decided to try to chat with someone to figure it out. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] resolved my issues so quickly and I felt like he really cared and wanted to make sure I was set up and ready to go through my interaction with him. I wish I had a few \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] on my team to help me out with our customer service lol

Pros

I am relatively new to this service but so far I really enjoy the interface.

Cons

I had a bit of an issue during setup where it wouldn't verify my email. That was resolved but other than that no complaints so far.

Pros

Absolutely the highest quality support service ever received with a SaaS product. Special shout outs to the whole team but especially JC and Ines.

Cons

We had to suspend our use of the product because we can't have coupons which give discounts to both one time purchase products and subscription products with the Shopify Checkout with Recharge, which unfortunately makes the product totally useless for our business.
