June 14, 2018 5.0 Pros What I like most about this software is how easy it is to set up and get started on creating referral programs. Referral Candy makes it very easy for us to implement their system for merchants to boost conversions and spread the word about their companies in such an amazing way. Cons What I like least about this software is the leap for monthly pricing as you get into the enterprise space, however that's just because it's harder to get a client to sign up for it (but hey, that's just business and I get it). The monthly price point is hard to beat for something like this, so it's a good alternative. Review Source Michael D E. Pros The ease of setup and implementing into our woocommerce marketplace. Rep was a great help in ensuring we were live and functional with ReferralCandy. Cons I don’t like the commission on referral dollars. Our marketplace does not make money on most of the transactions from our site so this will be a cost we have to eat as our traffic increases, but we hope that the traffic will add to our overall subscription services sales. What I thought (and probably the recommended timeline) to settle it would take up to 48 hours, he managed to help me solve it within 6 hours. He did great! Pros Easy to set up. April 8, 2018 5.0 Its is best solution, per se, to maximize the voice of customers. I've found out that the best thing a customer loves is getting rewarded for their time, their referral. Pros I've tried other apps in the remote past, but sticked to this one because it can be customized and re-customized to my needs. I like clean UI and stats and it really boosted our revenue by 15-20%. Works well with shopify and each and every clean customer who recommends our site/product is rewarded. I have already recovered the ReferralCandy cost in the third month of its use. Cons Price may be a concern for small stores. You all shouldn't require so many items in a review. Take what you can get, leave everything optional. The minimum character limit is silly and made me want to stop submitting this application.) Cons Our business wanted to run multiple different campaigns with different branding, and slightly different rewards. We have to maintain multiple different accounts and manage which account we use with our custom web application in order to make this work. It would be better if we could house and use multiple different campaigns together in a single account. Definitely a no-brainer for a business that relies on word-of-mouth marketing. Pros I really like that ReferralCandy is so easy to use after the initial setup. My referral program has been quietly chugging away in the background for years. I've also been extremely impressed with the customer service team. They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy when implementing the tool. Cons I would rather not have had to get my developers involved to implement this tool, but I believe that is a necessary component of referral program software.
