He said that there was a fee of around $88 to access design and customization, that he wil be waiving this for us if we furnish him a review on their Shopify page. And so we did. The platform is still in the launch phase and if I had figured it out earlier I wouldn't have installed it from the start. So after 3 months of inactivity I found myself paying the monthly fee without using any online service. Thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] cooperation and understanding of personal support I received my refund. The law provides for it, but in such a short time the merit was only to have met \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. Being a connoisseur and a pioneer of Web Marketing, I would still recommend referralcandy to activate a free version. This would allow us to offer more time to evaluate the functionality of the plugin! How often to use it, where it is placed on out site, examples of the process etcThe software didn’t work for our trial period. Without asking, they billed a year in advance, even before it worked. We are now 6 weeks in and have not used it once and have so far paid over $500!!Customer service is also poor! With no response to messaging, thus the review. I told them if they didn't get back to me I will write the review and hey ho... they didn't respond.We are still trying to get the money back and still trying to make it work, to then decide if it is good or not !
