TELCOR by far is one of the best vendor relationships we have had. In a very change centric industry its inherent you have a partner that helps guide you through the ever evolving landscape and TELCOR does this.

Pros

The customer service, customizations, active listening to customers and ideas, ability to get the customer what they need to be successful.

Cons

I wish there were better ways to monitor productivity of multiple people in the team when they have shared responsibilities and are not strictly processing claims.

### "Telcor RCM Experience"

We have been using Telcor for over 7 years now. Our lab would not have been able to absorb the volume that we now have without RCM. It can scales easily and has the versatility to create lab specific workflows based the ever changing payer space.

Pros

Versatility to manage all aspects of revenue cycle. Configurability to adapt to changing payer requirements. RCM Service is always available and highly knowledgeable.

Cons

I honestly don't have any negative things to say about Telcor RCM. Our lab has been able to accomplish everything we have set out to do in revenue cycle management with Telcor.

Reason for choosing TELCOR RCM

We did not like the pricing model which was based on volume.

Amazing. Nothing short of amazing. The mix of clients that show up fr this experience is great. Kudos!!!

Pros

Telcor definitely gave you value for money. Billing is the MAIN topic and all things RCM. Their customer support is unmatched.

Cons

I had no drawbacks at all. Everything was well planned and organized. The presenters were very knowledgeable.

The experience we have had with Telcor over the last 10+ years since implementation has been outstanding. They have helped us in many different aspects; their team has always been great at helping us find solutions and workflows that suite our specific needs.

Pros

Telcor has the most amazing customer relations team. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There has never been a time that we have reached out that we did not get top notch service.

Cons

There are times that we need fixes or enhancements that come two or three versions later. However, we understand the need for prioritization.

Good. I did send a couple of emails but once I got the correct person everything went as best as expected.

Pros

How courteous everyone is. She didn't understand why the website was not working for me so she reached out to the IT department and got back to me with something new to try.

Cons

It was a web browser causing my error. It might have been helpful when siging up to list certain web browsers that work best for this.

Pros

Easy to sort que's for work, reports are easily pulled for review, rules for different insurances are easily built for best process.

Cons

Nothing, I really like Telcor. Especially compared to our old billing system. We no longer have to manually enter secondary claim information.

We have had a fantastic experience with TELCOR RCM. We are always able to get questions answered and any issues we have fixed in a timely manner.

Pros

TELCOR RCM has so many options for billing and tracking revenue for a very reasonable price. We don't do third party billing, but do bill Medicaid and that process is so smooth. TELCORs customer support is also fantastic. We recently updated a couple things on our invoices and we had a couple meetings with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he waled us through everything, which made the process so easy and clear.

Cons

I don't have and dislikes. TELCOR meats all of our billing needs and is so easy to use and understand. I think our biggest hurdle is our IT departments issue that they won't allow TELCOR access to our system.

Overall, our experience with TELCOR RCM has been good. We are an on-premise client so TELCOR RCM Service has to interact with our IT quite frequently. Sometimes this is frustrating for everyone involved but TELCOR has been as helpful as possible with the limitations of us being an on-premise client entails. When a software is being used by a wide variety of clients there is always something that doesn't fit for one client or another. We have been using TELCOR for over 10 years and I would recommend TELCOR RCM to other laboratories.

Pros

The feature I like the most about TELCOR RCM is the ability to view the charges in the CIM before they process through any "buckets" into the error workqueue or the held workqueue. The ability to do this and make changes is very beneficial.

Cons

The feature I like the least about TELCOR RCM is there are so many ways to get to or accomplish a specific task. I am sure I am in the minority, but if there weren't so many options for some of the tasks it would make it more "cut and dry".

Very enjoyable system and very user friendly and easy to use. The fact that it is Microsoft based really and is huge benefit.

Pros

So many customizable options for user preferences and able to see just what they need to without unnecessary information.

Cons

Columns or enhancements that would benefit one business may not be accepted because other users do not see benefit. Although labs to the same thing their employee or client base is very different.

Being able to have one program for billing, patient management and accounts receivable makes management of all those areas easy.

Pros

So many useful tools along with an easy to understand interface. Always striving to please customers

Cons

The cost of updating to current versions makes it hard to stay current. Sometimes the new versions to benefit company needs resulting in falling behind on version updates.

Always a great time with colleagues in the industry. Telcor does a great conference. I look toward to it each year.

Pros

I love the Networking opportunities provided af the conference. Happy hour and the dinners are great.

Cons

It’s all good! I never have any complaints about the Telcor conferences. Easy airport, easy access to the convention center from the hotel choices.

Overall very good system and personnel that understand the payers and processes.

Pros

The visibility of reporting and system metrics. Availability of personnel to answer questions as they arise and explain processes. I’ve never brought a question to the team that someone wasn’t able to quickly answer with confidence. I feel their knowledge of payer practices is great and they are always willing to share!

Cons

The system can be hard to navigate, but again someone is always available to help.

Unable to export large files Unable to customize certain views with specific column headers. Unable to send certain errors via iLab.

All raw data is not pulled to write rules based on clearinghouse response. You can see the fields in the raw data but it does not show in fields to write the rules
