Pros

The editing facilities are great. Very easy to import data from other packages . Teaching videos are very good and I am starting to get the hang of it.

Cons

I do find the pc presentation a bit dated but there is a new major release which will hopefully fix this. I have not used customer support yet so hard to rate, but the teaching videos are very good.
