Allows us to sell / track blocks of exercise classes to our clients. Allows us to see exactly when each client purchased / used classes. We can also use it to look up each client's contact info.

Pros

Fast, easy, doesn't crash. Each customer who purchases, say, a 10-pack of exercise classes gets a small, hard plastic tag that goes on their keychain, or wherever. Each time they use a class, we either scan the bar code or key-in their unique number and the website removes one class from their total. The software allows you to see exactly what date the person added / used classes. Recurring clients remember their number and even if they don't, it's easy for our clerk to look it up on the website using their first or last name (or both).

Cons

Glitches here and there (sometimes the website shows "database not found") but never requires a call to customer support. When this occurs, we just hit "back" then try again.

Pros

The software worked exactly like it was supposed to. Scan the card, enter data, and done. Easy to track and subtract points when redeemed.

Cons

Not really any bells and whistles, which for the price was okay. Works if you don't need a lot of features. The look of the program was a little outdated.
