It does not have the same features and functionality in my opinion as Microsoft Project. Pros Nothing, this software is a bad replacement for using Microsoft Project. Cons It's difficult to use and doesn't have a lot of features. Cons It´s difficult to see the gant diagram completely on the screen. You can take planning and monitoring only one project. When it comes to a macro project that involves several subprojects, openproj is not very useful.
