Onboarding (and off-boarding) users is also faster. On the whole automation has reduced much of the 'human' error in our day to day identity related processes and increases stakeholder confidence in access motivations. Pros I’m using for my daily life with both sso and mfa and as well as any other related provisioning across our org. It is also the only system I utilize for new hires or separations. I also like the hr integrations with our major cloud softwares because I only have to manually enter new hire onboarding information one time and then its all automated for the rest of their new hire process which really saves my time helps to clean my interface. Cons Custom app integrations and oauth configurations took me longer than expected and the admin console performance was also slow and it felt buggy when it should be snappier. Great service, I fully recommend. Pros Probably the best 2FA authenticator app I've used. It was comprehensive and trustworthy. The company I worked for integrated it in over Google Authenticator shortly after I started. Cons Depending on your networks security privileges, if you need to update your contact information or any other data, it was an extensive process to regain access to your account. It's a short term pain for being to access your station, but theres confidence is the defence and security you will have with this product. Pros provided a clear and easy way to verify and streamline onboarding at one of my first jobs in Los Angeles. The user interface was clean and simlpe, the verification process allowed me to manage my passwords without worrying about data leaks, all without an insane learning curve. Cons While I only used for a short period of time, I think the one thing I'd build on would be the cloud integrations. While they exist, at the time Okta seemed just one step behind. Okta allows us to automatically locks out any malicious sign in attempts. It allows us to set up biometric authentications that makes it easy and quick to access our systems. Okta advanced security features like multi-factor authentication help us to keep our data protected by preventing any unauthorized accesses. Cons has given us no issues so far.
