It offers SSO and remebers password, offers a great user experience through cloud features Cons I personally had issue to recover my password after I forgot it. Cons nothing to really report here. it might have been beneficial for okta to expand its offering to do more of what rippling does. The SSO feature is incredibly great and it helps in the password management. Cons It is a little bit on the expensive side for the personal use and for small companies. Logging is not elaborated. It keeps everything in one place and keeps my accounts secure. Pros I love the homepage that allows me to access all of my work links. It's nice to only remember a single password. It's also very simple that the dual verification happens through a phone app. Cons I get a little tired of having to re-verify my machines but I understand it's a safety / security thing. Usually supports all apps an organisation would like to add in for its employees. Straightforward and functional. Cons Sometimes even after logging in through okta, you are directed to enter your password on the app. This seems counterintuitive and defeats the purpose. No real issues to address. Pros Okta is very easy to use and set up. It provides that additional security barrier which is especially helpful in our business as many staff members are still working remotely. Once you set up your additional device for confirmation, it's a one click option and you are on your way! Cons Sometimes the "push" to the device does not go through and you have to open the app (in my case, my phone) and try several times. I use Okta Verify for MFA and also I signup for a developer account. I've configured some Identity Providers to serve Service providers like Cvent and some custom Node App. Cons Cannot really find a point of weakness. All the functionalities are simple to set up and use.
