I can see my workday without typing in google search. Pros The pros are when you login you use your employee ID number form the employer and from there you'll see the tabs you need to work on. I like a lot the simple interface. Pros This software is super easy to use, my main use if the OKTA Verify, who help me everytime I want to do homeworking. I can connect to my VPN with a double authentification. Cons I don't find any issue for now, it is working really well at each use. Maybe the time of availability for each code can be longer. It really has making it easy to controlling user access and keep things secure from unauthorized access. Fast setup with assistance from customer support permit us to start use it in no time. Cons Still no option to access it from biometric of face recognition & verification. It will remove so much hassle to typing my password everything I am accessing different account. Other than the intuitive interface, Okta's very considerable customer support really changed our ways of identity management. It is so well-designed and makes the user authentication quite simple; hence, it drives collaboration, employee engagement, and productivity. Pros It's ease of use is second to none; hence, onboarding and integration with existing systems have really been seamless. For instance, their user-friendly dashboard allows so much easier access management, allowing every team to deliver for the business without security holding anyone back. Cons While Okta indeed provides a load of features, for large teams, the cost may get rather high; it stretches the budget, so to say. Advanced functionality takes some time to learn, but given resources surely help with that. October 2, 2024 5.0 In our comapny, the use of Okta has been essential, due to the high number of accounts we have in the cloud for our employees, in addition, we manage several platforms that require a login, so that is where the role of Okta comes into play, as it is responsible for authorizing any logins to the accounts we use for our company. In general, it has given me incredible security, I have been able to integrate it with the most platforms to add a login method, in addition, Okta has given me a way to keep our accounts secure with a fairly complex and almost impossible to rape. I feel safe with the login security provided by Okta, I will continue using it as an authentication service for a longer time. Pros The first feature that I liked is the way in which Okta records any login attempt, this helps a lot since it is capable of detecting when unwanted people are trying to enter our system, this way we can be attentive to any suspicious login. Okta also throws in two-step verification codes, which are essential to maintaining security at every login. Okta allows me to generate one-time codes to log in so I don't use my default to access an account. Auth0 allows me to manage users, which helps me add or remove users whenever I want. Auth0 sends me notifications every time a user is going to access an account I receive those notifications on my mobile device and I like that because it keeps me informed of everything. Cons There isn't a single feature that I didn't like about Okta, it has been an extremely important platform to maintain proportional security in the login of all our employees in the company. It is very flexible and easy to customize allowing us to use it to secure every single system and devices that we use. Okta provide detailed reports that makes it easy to track all access logs. Its enhanced security tools allows us to keep our data safe from all unauthorized access vulnerabilities. Cons Okta has been so precise and we are yet to encounter anything bad to complain about. The learning curve was quite great, especially when trying to conduct some customization of roles and permissions.
