Pros

The customer service is exceptional. They address any issues and fix them. The software is easy to use and has many features

Cons

Tech support hours I wish they had 24 hour support. Need a way to train end users. There is so many options it is hard to know all of them.

tech support not helping can not fix the problem blame it on my one year old system witch technician came in and checked it out say its AGK software. It is 4 moth they have not done anything .also they were not authorized to charge my checking acct even though I wrote on their contract to do not renew support till you get authorization .but they charged $900.00 dollar and they will not refund it.

This is one of best POS, BOS and Home Office software with comprehensive features and great functionality to maintain all Point of Sale data. It is easy to use with good quality of work can be seen in this software.

AGKSoft is one of best Point of Sale, Back-Office and Home Office software. I never used such a user-friendly software and hardware compatible with comprehensive feathers since I'm doing the business.

I have been using this software for years and I could not be happier. EMV did complicate things a bit for few days, but then everything was smooth sailing after that.

Pros

Well the Software is so much faster than any other software I have ever used Integrated Credit/Debit/Gift The Software does backup every transaction I get Text Message when my cashier does a void
