The customer support is top shelf as they respond to all of my questions right away and walked me through any problems that I have had. Cons The only improvement that I feel could be addresses is the website layout that is offered for our guests to book with our hotel online. It is functional, but I feel like there is room for improvement with the overall appearances that you have to choose from and overall friendliness of the software from a guest prospective who is trying to book online.
