Pros: We use this software for data classification purposes with our e-mail system on a daily basis. We set up some rules in order to label and classify our e-mails. We reduced the human factor within the usage of Boldon James. Thanks to the reporting console we can easily create reliable reports.
Cons: We haven't experienced any issues with this software so far.

Pros: You can classify the email based on it's content and the classification criteria which you company is enforcing you to use with just by a click of a button. Work's seamlessly with most of the well known email clients out there such as Outlook.
Cons: Lack of optical text recognition is a huge drawback.
