It’s easy to use and helps keep the candidate assessment process organized. I feel like it’s secure and provides good value for the features it offers. I haven’t really used the payroll management features, so I can’t speak much about that. Pros I liked that Criteria was easy to use and didn’t take much time to learn. The features are straightforward, and it makes the candidate assessment process simple and organized. Cons The only thing I’d say is that it would be nice to have more options to customize the assessments for specific roles. I think overall the product did a great job with integration with the ATS system but to be honest I don't 100% see the value in the product itself coming from the recruiting side or the hiring team size. Pros I like the integration between GreenHouse. It is super easy to use and very intuitive for folks that are sending out the CCAT to candidates through our ATS system. Cons I don't think it provides a whole lot of information to the Hiring Manager that isn't something we can find from a normal interview process. It's been difficult getting Hiring Teams to read through the results and use the data provided and most of them feel they don't think it provides any additional information that would be necessary to make a hiring decision. I also don't like that you can't send a second criteria corp link through our GH integration and instead we have to go on Criteria Corp's website to find the candidate and send it via the web browser. There are a lot of things I like about the platform, and I think there is a lot of potential there. The Criteria team has been helpful and willing to work with us, especially as we worked through the integration issues and looked for ways to improve our process. At the same time, it took a lot of effort on our side to get the product working in a way that fit our organization. We are continuing to look for ways to get more value out of the platform, and our recent conversations around improving our assessment strategy and using video interviews to help with job alignment have been helpful. I just don't think the product has fully operated the way we originally expected it to for our organization. Pros Criteria has a lot of great tools and capabilities, especially around assessments. Their team has also been willing to work with us through some of the challenges we’ve had. Once we were able to get our process up and running, they helped us make our testing more effective, and we’ve been able to assess a large number of candidates. I also like that there are opportunities to use the platform beyond recruiting, such as for team and leadership development. Cons Our biggest challenge was the Workday integration. We were originally sold on the product working with our Workday recruiting process, but because most of our candidates come through Indeed Easy Apply, we quickly ran into integration issues. We spent a lot of time working with Criteria and another team to come up with a workaround, and because of that, we really didn't get the value we expected from the product during the first year of our contract. We have also had some challenges getting more strategic guidance. For example, when we wanted to better understand how to use the personality assessment for team and leadership development, the information we received was often similar to what we could already find and read on the platform. We were hoping for more customized recommendations and insights on how to really make the most of the tool. We've also heard from some leaders who have used other personality assessments that they don't have the same level of trust or confidence in Criteria's assessment. That is certainly better than wasting time interviewing candidates who not even know how to use a mouse properly. However, because I am graded automatically, I do not need to sit at a desk, going over hundreds of tests. Pros They also have blind coded assessment but that is okay. We use Criteria for developing candidate tests and they have an extensive question bank. I am just happy that the integration with Bullhorn seems to work correctly most of the time (I didn't have to call IT after every five minutes) since typically the other tools crash. Cons The ability to upload our own custom multiple-choice questions are extremely difficult (way too many hours of my afternoon wasted) and could be spent on anything else. Additionally, they only provide one live environment making it frustrating to test the ATS integration.
