I love the various assessments we are able to choose from. I love that the assessments have explanations of their rank in terms of overall candidates. This gives us a better idea of how well the candidate may perform or not perform at work. The customer service with the company has been amazing. They are always willing to answer questions, reach out frequently to check on us, and if an issues arises, they are quick to work on a solution. Pros It's low cost, provide value, easy to integrate with recruitment workflows and can provide additional insights through reporting and into current workforce with additional addons Cons The documentation and science to support the tests and to help users interpret the results could be improved so all users feel they can trust them. Candidates could be provided feedback from all tests not just a workplace insights report which would improve candidate experience. Great workflow and communication. Good Criteria team and onboarding/response support. Cons The claims about the quality of hires are vastly overstated.I think their intentions are very good, but they really don't have a handle on whether the product and workflow actually works as they state. The process for modifying assessments to hone a better process is vague or non-existent.
