Our experience has been world class. Their tools have allowed us to address the incredible spike in volume that we have seen this year with barely a hiccup. We feel confident that the quality of our candidates has been consistently above average because of our partnership with . We are expanding our reach to our entire organization this year to have truly global assessment coverage.

Pros

Honestly, the automation is what sold me. My team is small and moving quickly - we don’t have the capacity for a process with a lot of manual touchpoints. With , once a candidate reaches a stage, the next steps happen automatically - assessments, progression, and rejections. It takes a lot off the team’s plate. More importantly, that time goes back into what matters — real conversations with candidates and stronger partnership with hiring managers. The automation is what allows the human part of our process to scale. And with a 90%+ completion rate, it’s clear the experience works for candidates too - it’s not just efficient, it’s fair and straightforward.

Cons

My one real frustration? Setting up the BARS in Interview Intelligence takes forever. Like, the concept is great - I love that we're anchoring evaluator ratings to actual behaviors so we get consistency across the team. But the setup is genuinely tedious, and for a tool that's supposed to make my process more efficient, the build time feels like it works against that promise a little. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's the thing I'd fix first if I had 's product roadmap in front of me."

Pros

The assessment results seem accurate and have allowed us extra insights in the interviewing process. The assessments are also easy to complete in about 10 minutes or less. I like that you can pay a flat rate for as many tests. The trial period was excellent to make this choice. I like you can customize different tracks for different jobs and have different standards of fit based on job family.

Cons

I think the flexibility to add more hard skills testing. Also, the pricing model increases about 17-20% YoY if you don't go for a 3 year contract.

It's been wonderful. We are able to utilize it every day, and our Managers love that they are able to have something besides a resume to get to know the candidate before their interview.

We have had an overall great experience with . We feel that it does give a good insight to a candidates skills, etc.

Pros

To be able to create questions around the skills, etc. that you are looking for to fill the position. The emotify piece is great too.

Cons

The majority of our applicants (over 70%) are applying to our positions on their phone or tablet. We have found that many candidates do not own a desk top or lap top and they either will not follow through with the assessment or it takes a longer time to access one to complete the assessment. I would love to see the capability of applicants doing the assessment on their Smart phones.

The partnership with them is great. My account team reaches out to me frequently regarding new product

Pros

It easily integrates with our ATS I love the different test blocks for different roles The scores have consistently predicted top candidates

Cons

Pricing is a little steep but I wouldn't say too far off other aptitude tests
