I like you can customize different tracks for different jobs and have different standards of fit based on job family. Cons I think the flexibility to add more hard skills testing. We have found that many candidates do not own a desk top or lap top and they either will not follow through with the assessment or it takes a longer time to access one to complete the assessment.
