We feel that it does give a good insight to a candidates skills, etc. Pros To be able to create questions around the skills, etc. that you are looking for to fill the position. The emotify piece is great too. Cons The majority of our applicants (over 70%) are applying to our positions on their phone or tablet. We have found that many candidates do not own a desk top or lap top and they either will not follow through with the assessment or it takes a longer time to access one to complete the assessment. I would love to see the capability of applicants doing the assessment on their Smart phones.
