I love the various assessments we are able to choose from. I love that the assessments have explanations of their rank in terms of overall candidates. This gives us a better idea of how well the candidate may perform or not perform at work. The customer service with the company has been amazing. They are always willing to answer questions, reach out frequently to check on us, and if an issues arises, they are quick to work on a solution.
