Pros Easy to use and set up. There are several options on what to require of the recipient, ranging from entering a password to nothing except clicking on the link Cons I wish they would call themselves either Identillect or Delivery Trust. Reasons for choosing Delivery Trust I use both systems. Encyro is more complicated for the recipient, but I can require the recipient to set up an account, and then log into the account. They can then see everything I have sent them and everything they have sent me. Delivery Trust is much simpler for the recipient to use. It is a very effective file transfer service, and I use it for anyone that does not need or want an account. The ease with which we can send and receive encrypted data makes it worth while and the cost can't be beat. Cons I wouldn't say we dislike anything, but it does not have the email security integration that others offer at a higher price point if that is something you are looking for. Remington was easy to work with and very responsive. He gave me a free trial to make sure the software integrated with other software I already use in Outlook before I signed the firm up. Training and installing the software was easy. Pros The simplicity of using the software is huge for me. They reached out immediately to ensure the product was working for me and to see if I needed additional support to install and use features. Pros I reviewed 1-15 different hipaa secure options for email. This product won out due to fair pricing, transparency, and the ease of use. I needed something that was user friendly for email recipients. With this product they do not need to register or use another email web client to access content. Cons Flexibility to create a custom password or pin number to assign to clients rather than having to use the ZIP, Phone Number digits to access content. Switched from [SCOPE Better](https://www.capterra.com/p/161696/Scope/) Virtru was easy to use but the cost of the product vs competitors was high.
