Cons Sometimes Relativity has latency issues in loading the coding panel during document review. The ability to Process data within the platform is very well executed, however, it can be difficult to troubleshoot issues without back-end access, which means you will need to partner with a Relativity export to assist. Pros Relativity is straight foward and simple for end users to use. Many of the advanced features can be really helpful, though end users may not know anything about those tools unless they partner with a Relativity specialist. Cons At times the learning curve on searching and navigating can be challenging. The folder-based UI can be a bit challenging for users to understand, especially where deduplication is being applied. Relativity is easy to navigate. Cons Relativity is slow to operate at times. At times, Relativity acts up and kicks you off after being logged in for a while even though you are active on the site. Relativity is the most common platform for the simple reason that it is the best. Pros Simple and clean user interface. Easy to check out/in batches, see status of all documents, review documents in multiple formats, and conduct searches. Cons Sometimes difficult to download or execute, depending on the application used. But overall, there is very little negative I can say about Relativity!
