Pros: That it processes groups and batchsof cards or accounts.
Cons: Customer Service, working with Vantiv or mercurypay or worldpay...... customers do not know who is who and who does what. I specifically asked for cards not to be deleted until prior approval was given and what do you know....hundreds of cards were deleted making it so that I had to call each and every customer to get the card numbers again.
This is sloppy and after the error was made the Tech didn't even offer to reimburse the company I work for, for the time, and money it took to pay the staff to call all these customers.
This is bad for business and unhelpful to a small company.
