Pros: Vantiv MercuryPay was the perfect option for our credit card processing needs. The online portals allows for simple access to any credit card transaction, associated fees, and allowed for easy refunds. We enjoyed the ease of use on the software and the simplicity.

Cons: Although we enjoyed Vantiv's software and ease of use, the software was a little too expensive for our organization at this point in time.

Overall: Overall we would recommend Vantiv to any mid to large size organization that needs a very secure credit card processor with good features.

Pros: That it processes groups and batchsof cards or accounts.

Cons: Customer Service, working with Vantiv or mercurypay or worldpay...... customers do not know who is who and who does what. I specifically asked for cards not to be deleted until prior approval was given and what do you know....hundreds of cards were deleted making it so that I had to call each and every customer to get the card numbers again.

This is sloppy and after the error was made the Tech didn't even offer to reimburse the company I work for, for the time, and money it took to pay the staff to call all these customers.

This is bad for business and unhelpful to a small company.
