Then stopped tracking. Support email about issues takes days and with no real answers. One said it was down for almost a day and is working, another said I didn't have an acct set up. I have given acct# and still no answers. 3 agent plan, 0 working. Would not upgrade this or promote it. I have tried to unistall and reinstall, shows nothing has been used in 2+ weeks.
