I really liked how everyone's PTO was on one calendar that administrators could see. Cons I did not like how if an employee used Paychex with a previous employer, it was very difficult to add them and separate the profiles. After the initial transition to the product the usage has be wonderful. My employee's love the app and having all of their paystubs at their fingertips. This is an excellent payroll management system. Pros I really like the self service app available for employees. This allows employee review pay stubs as well as adjust deductions and various useful features. Cons The transfer to this system was not as smooth as hoped. Clocking in and out was a breeze. It was also very easy to adjust time if someone forgot to clock in or out. Cons The 401k features were confusing to some people. Pros It's nice to see your bill history and employer details right away. I often have to provide my employer name to some organizations and it's very easy to find everything on the portal. Pros It's very intuitive and clean, and made it very easy to access and view my retirement information and tax documents. Cons I didn't find anything with Paychex Flex that I didn't like. I have never had to interact with customer service or file any complaints. Cons I have no complaints about this software.
