I liked how it was easy access to anything I needed that was pay check related. I liked how I got my W2's sooner on this app

Overall I enjoyed using Paychex Flex, and when I needed to rollover my 401k when moving jobs, it was very easy and not as scary and complicated as I thought it would be.

Pros

It's very intuitive and clean, and made it very easy to access and view my retirement information and tax documents.

Cons

I didn't find anything with Paychex Flex that I didn't like.

It was very easy to use and navigate. Clocking in and out was a breeze. It was also very easy to adjust time if someone forgot to clock in or out.

Cons

The 401k features were confusing to some people. They thought it could have been a bit more intuitive.

I have used Paychex Flex for over 2 years now and I have no reason to switch. It is easy to use and makes payroll such a breeze.

Pros

Extremely easy to use. Easy navigation. It is an absolute breeze to teach others to use. My employees do not complain.

Cons

In the past year, I've had zero issues. I cannot find one complaint or problem about using Paychex Flex.

It's good, simple to use, and has everything I need to view regarding my job and paychecks.

Pros

It's nice to see your bill history and employer details right away. I often have to provide my employer name to some organizations and it's very easy to find everything on the portal. The ability to review my bill history also helps a lot on a daily basis.

Cons

Getting some tax information is a bit confusing.

really intuitive UI in both Web and mobile versions which allows employees to manage their interests by themselves

Cons

For advanced functionalities it requires too much of training and KT specially for HR modules which leads into some delays at initial stages

Paychex Flex is generally easy to use and did not cause me any issues between myself and my employer. I have never had to interact with customer service or file any complaints.

Cons

I have no complaints about this software. My employer did switch to a competing software after a few months so there may have been an issue on the backend.

The system was clunky and unresponsive. We had issues of payroll not being processed on time. We had incorrect taxes being held etc.
