We have been very happy with the results. Overall, Sceris has a great product, a great process, and great people to work with, all at a reasonable price. Pros This software is easy to use and does everything we need it to do at a reasonable cost. Cons No complaints, everything works as advertised. Not having to have another program installed on our local machines and the ability to move to newer releases with minimal down time. Experience with ScerIS ETCETERA has been great. Pros There are a ton of features and the team is always looking for feedback on how to improve. Over 1500 employees and our recent upgrade to web based platform was easily adopted due to ease of use. Overall quality of the system is great. Rarely is there an issue with the system. Cons For document management would be nice to have a pdf editor built in so the new native file format folders can divide up documents much like document viewer did in the past. The team and I did get a process in place to get around this but it would be a nice feature in the future.
