### "For a long time I've used this CRM service"

Pros

Convenient functionality: as soon as this service appeared on the Internet, I began to use it. Plus, there is no need for unnecessary fuss: all employees added to their chat and can communicate on work issues, track all their actions, do not need to bother with viewing cameras and monitors. Definitely recommend the program.

Cons

Unfortunately, the support service answers for a long time and it's difficult to solve problems with bugs yourself, we have to wait an hour for an answer, and this slows down the work. It's good that the problems are rare.

### "Useless technical support"

Pros

I used the system for more than a year. Everything suits, but the system has obvious security problems, and technical support should be simply overclocked. There are absolutely incompetent people sitting there who can only get by with standard unsubscribes.

Cons

The security of the system leaves much to be desired, accounts are often hacked. Absolutely useless and illiterate technical support.

### "amoCRM works for people who crave for simplicity."

Pros

amoCRM does everything it is supposed to do like lead scoring, works as a CRM and reporting. The UI is easily readable and everything is placed well.

Cons

Though amoCRM looks good and easy to use, one of the main problem is that the lead scoring is not flexible but leaving that aside it is a pretty decent product.

### "This CRM has not worked well"

Pros

In the process of choosing the most suitable CRM for our work, we used amoCRM for several months and I can confidently say that this is the worst option possible. Perhaps the only advantage of the system is that it is quite simple to master and you can quickly configure and get started.

Cons

The disadvantages of amoCRM can be listed for a long time, but I will focus on the main ones. Firstly, the built-in mail client works very poorly - we had to use separate software. Secondly, at any moment the system may freeze. Thirdly, the technical support service does not work well, employees are in no hurry to solve problems, but redirect them to each other, which takes a lot of time and effort.

### "Convenient to work with customers"

Pros

We implemented amoCRM 1 year ago. During this time, I got so used to this service that I definitely would not change it to one another. In amoCRM it is very convenient to work with clients, since you can enter all the necessary data in the program: phone number, mail, place of work, date of birth, and you can also create a note and write additional information there.

Cons

I would like the support service to respond faster. Help sometimes has to wait for several days, even when the question is urgent. For the rest, I have no complaints.

Simply perfectly structures the information, exercises control over the workflow, where it is necessary to prompt, remind. All information for productive activities is at hand. The program does half the work for you.

Cons

But I would like a little more options for self-customization, add individuality to a specific business. At large volumes, the memory limit for attachments may end.

Pros

The key difference of amoCRM is that sales rep could easily start using the system and quickly understand the logic inherent in it. amoCRM has a friendly interface and really helps to sell more. I, as the leader, can easily control the sales process. Integration with email and web forms are simply adjusted and give an immediate effect in terms of speed of responses to questions of potential customers. For us it is an effective system for lead management which is easy and pleasant to work with.

Cons

I not found any disadvantages in the work of the CRM system

The amoCRM tool helps us greatly simplify many data entry tasks. It integrates freely with multiple chat platforms and has an excellent mobile version for tablets and phones.

Cons

I cannot self-configure the analytics section. Notifications and messages are sometimes delivered with some delay. The support service is very slow.

Pros

The system allows you to simply maintain a database of contacts and accounting transactions (in reference to contacts). Contacts and transactions can be tagged. Based on the amount and status of transactions, a sales funnel is formed. There is an API. Possibility to add fields to transaction cards. Integration with MailChimp.

Cons

The interface of the system is not as simple as it seems at first glance, the cost of the package is quite high. But if you deal with CRM, you will certainly appreciate its functionality.

### "amoCRM is my choice"

One year ago we decided to implement CRM system in our business. After testing several variants of systems we stopped at amoCRM. It has rich functionality, but it is quite simple and user-friendly. Interface is not overloaded, its really intuitive. A lot of convenient functions, such as e-mail integration, ability to use widgets, for example, to phone customers directly from amoCRM, api integration – all of it could simplify doing your business. You could customize your amoCRM system to fit your business processes. It doesn’t require programming skills, only your desire. If you met a trouble using amoCRM, just contact to their customer service. They will answer all your questions and help to solve problems. I recommend to try amoCRM to all sales directors, who want to increase efficiency of their businesses.

### "A perfect system"

Pros

Our company needed a system that would gather together all our leads sources and would properly distribute heavy load among our managers. A system that would allow us control the most effective sources of customers and identify bottlenecks in the deal from the receiving of the lead to the closure. A system that won’t leave any task without attention in the flood of information. A system that would automate the work with a large customer base when no client is left behind. AmoCRM is a perfect match for all of these tasks with its extensive possibilities for integration. Now we make calls, conduct correspondence, send e-mails and all this in one system, saving so much time of our staff. We have stopped losing leads, conversion of incoming calls has almost doubled.

Cons

Can't really tell... Just keep it up! Surprise us with new, more impressive releases

Tested amoCRM, and then implanted this system in my sales department. Firstly, it has a very friendly user interface. Each button on the right place. There is no need to read the documentation to understand the system. Secondly, prepared business sales process and key metrics are built into the system. There is no need to wrestle with how to structure the sale. Everything has been thought out for you. Thirdly, managers like system! They are happy to start working in it. And finally, in amoCRM there are many ready-made integrations - the so-called widgets. Thus we can easily and without programming connect CRM system to our site by Wordpress.

Generating documents by fields from Lead would be great function

Pros

We use the service for almost a year. We have a fairly large company, so we were looking for a reliable and functional CRM. And we found her! In amoCRM there is everything that we need: a clear interface, the ability to automate the sales funnel, integration with social networks and just a stable job without failures.

Cons

If you do not use additional paid extensions, then amoCRM functionality may not seem so great. Fortunately, most extensions are inexpensive.

Simple to use and affordable. Not complicated to use at all.

Pros

In reviewing other CRM tools, this basic level was easy to use. I just wanted a CRM. I didn't need social media integration or automation. The chat feature for support is working very well. They get back to me with easy to understand answers and tell me where to find additional information on their site.

Cons

It will pick up and entire string of emails when creating a lead from an email.

Pros

I agree with the all negative feedback. I do not recommend using this engine for beginners who do not want to spend too much time on this. Technical support is absolutely inadequate, can't promptly solve any problems.

Cons

Explicit security holes, terrible technical support and a generally under-developed and complex product. Someone has been using it successfully, but he has not approached me categorically. You can understand, but do not waste time on this.

Pros

We have tried several different CRM-systems but they didn’t work for us: interface was unmanageable and too complex or settings for the specifics of our company weren’t flexible enough. We had heard about AmoCRM from colleagues and decided to try AmoCRM. After trial period we have realized that this system is exactly what we need. It contains everything you need and nothing odd, it can be easily adjusted to meet needs of a company. Analytics allows you to track how your staff works, which provides a significant increase in sales effectiveness. We've been looking for a convenient system and finally found it. I highly recommend it!

Cons

Can't say. Our stuff has quickly adapted to the system, they no longer miss important tasks, we have managed to automate a lot of manual work and now our customers are satisfied with fast service.

amoCRM is user friendly, allows concentrating on real work instead of managing notes about customers. It is convenient way to delegate work with customers to account managers. amoCRM has user access restrictions depending on role of user. There are only three subjects which make me disappointed: 1. When attach a file via amoCRM attach function and filename is in Russian and one downloads this file then name of the file is in latin (transliteration) but not in Russian as expected. That is why we use DropBox. 2. When attach a file via DropBox it always displays today's date even if a file was added a week ago. 3. Field "Client name" is combined. It is not convenient when we integrate with MailChimp. We have to edit each entry in MailChimp to separate First and Last names. All other functions are great working. Thanks!

The main advantage of this program over analogues is the comfort in using the service. Analytics allows you to quickly get information on the lid for the selected period. It is possible to track at which stage customers lose interest.

Cons

Very often in the system there are technical problems, because of which you have to apply for support, which answers for a long time. Also there is no possibility of using it on your own server.

De las peores experiencias que he tenido con un sistema, luego de definirme por ellos no tuve más que malas noticias, errores, problemas, etc. Debut y despedida. Intenté varios días por varios medios contactarme con ellos, y nunca hubo una solución real a las inquietudes, básicamente nunca lo pudimos usar al 100%

Pros

El sistema parece resolver muchas problemáticas diarias, que optimizan tiempos y esfuerzos, el problema es que no funciona

Cons

El soporte es un desastre, rozando la falta de respeto.

Reason for choosing Kommo

Parecía resolver todo más fácilmente, a pesar de tener un costo en algunas cosas superior. A los pocos días todo fue decepción pura.
