### "The most effective way to track clients and tasks"

We would like to thank AmoCrm team for their work and high level of services. We have been using the soft for a couple of years and can hardly imagine how our company can operate without it now On the plus side we can highlight: - friendly interface - flexibility: we have easily managed to integrate the soft into our operation processes: just add the necessary fields to reflect the specific of our business - great analytic tools to track sales and margins - tasks tracker: some deals require team work so it is great to have tasks manager - deals history: we can easily review previous deals with the clients and offer them customer oriented services Can hardly think of cons, as the soft is regularly renewed and the team usually takes into account our recommendations.

I have been using amoCRM now for the last 5 months and as I have said, I couldn't imagine using anything else. It's a really easy and user-friendly CRM and I'd recommend it to just about anyone looking for a simple tool that still gets the job done. Back when we were looking into several CRMs, I chose amoCRM because it had seemed to be one of the simplest. I was not let down. Whenever I had questions about something, Sang and Xenia from customer service helped out quickly. There is really nothing for me to complain about here.

### "Ease of use amoCRM"

We decided to have implemented CRM, considered several options . We stopped at amoCRM. She is very friendly Interface , our employees very quickly learned to use it. Now we save a lot of time due to the acceleration of work in typical operations. We always have up to date information about the current status of the company as a whole and for specific employee . Already there was an understanding of what additional features we need in amoCRM, we will implement them and actively use . I recommend to try.

Pros

Mobile Application of amoCRM is a high quality App.

Cons

It is still a small number of standard modules - widgets.

The first contact with the system is a step-by-step instruction about the main functions. The explanation is very simple and really easy to understand. Then while starting work with it, there become some questions and the main is how to add a new note. It was only one probnlem. All the other functions is very comfortable. The main preference of this system is that it works online and it is possible to use on any laptop of tab, or even on smartphone. It is very useful for our out-of-office sales-managers, and at the same time any manages can check sales-manager's activities.

From all the CRM products I tried and tested, I’d go with amoCRM. It sure does have its downsides, like complicated phoning option setup and inability to connect with many social networks, but overall, I’d give it 8.5 out of 10. Reason being, it has got all the functions that CRM user needs, including lead storing, follow up, progress and keeping all relevant information. It has all the major platform integrations, it communicates with your email and web site, provides all the stats and has forecasting tools. All that you get at a really fair price, much lower than competitors. Plus, some icing on the cake, you get the best possible support you can expect. So, going with amoCRM again and again.

I had tested many CRM systems when I had to choose one for my sales department. I found amoCRM to be more attractive for my tasks. amoCRM was chosen not only in terms of functionality, but concerning usability too. Therefore, it was the key reason for setting system up. What is more, it really works fast and allow my managers to reduce time for contact handling. In a word, I'm going to stay with amoCRM, it's what I was looking for.

### "Small number of integrations"

Pros

One of the most functional modern platforms, which does not require performing unnecessary actions, since we can comfortably carry out most of the necessary tasks with a few mouse clicks.

Cons

Most of the most common integrations are missing. There is currently no mobile app. You can not customize the section of analytics to fit your needs.

I really liked the amoCRM functionality, because it is quite extensive, and it's easy to understand. Its use for a short period of time allowed our company to significantly increase sales.

Cons

Letters go with a huge delay. There are too few widgets. The security of the system is not high enough, so accounts are often hacked.

It is very user-friendly, it serves the purpose of establishing a basic database of contacts. It also integrates with Google.

Cons

I think it is quite pricey for the features they offer, especially considering that there are other systems in the market the offers more features for less cost.

We really didn't find anything we didn't like about the product at this point. We have moved our decision to 1st quarter of 2019.

Pros

The software really helps to create an automated sales system and create the customer experience desired. It helps to see where in the process We are, and what methods works and what not. Effective and can be utilized for new employees as well.

Cons

The functionality is overwhelming at first, so it takes quite some time to get familiar with the software and its use. Some of the categories are not so intuitively and one must look around some time before finding what is needed. Of course this goes easier over time.

Pros

Amo is so cool! It’s so handy for deals conducting and tasks setting. It’s been a year since I don’t need to think about and trying to remember what I have to do tomorrow anymore. My supervisor has always wanted to control me and now he can actually do it without compromising my work. Gone are the days when I had to fill the reports every night by my hand. I am so glad we found a system like this.

Cons

There is nothing I can tell, all problems or errors are immediately corrected, so our business is not affected by them.
