Their on-line support service was equally impressive as they could dial into the system directly and apply our requested changes almost immediately. So far, so good. Pros Ease of use. User interface is remarkable. Also auto reports by email to owners from the system. Data mining enables us to quickly apply management decisions with regard to pricing and inventory levels. A bonus is their menu engineering application where we have managed to reduce wastage and food costs.
