We especially like how smooth to upload JEs to the system, which saves us a lot of time. The price is reasonable, Perfect for small to medium size companies. Of course there’s always room for improvements but the system is great specially for SMEs. Pros links to your banking details and you can easily remove and redo reconciled item if needed. Coding and recoding is also very useful. Cons The invoicing with the current update is not quite great for me. We are working with add the PO number on our invoices other than the reference line. It was difficult to use and my accountant was reluctant to use it too. Just restarted my subscription because I see no other way than to spend the time learning how to use it. Cons Does require quite a bit of manual intervention (not really a problem). For some reason you need to renew bank feeds really regularly ( I assume security), but this is a pain. Due to the bank feeds it is extremely easy to reconcile all transactions. Also you can do VAT submissions directly from the system which saves so much time. Year end submissions take so less time as everything is already ready to go at the end of the year. Pros The ease of use and the integration with all major banking system. Cons We are using for nearly 15 of our companies. We would like to get bulk discount for being a loyal customer.
