Live bank feeds = fast easy reconcilliations. Multiple options to monitor/manage invoices, stock control, cash flow, etc. Get it! Pros One-click slick interactive P&L, Balance Sheet and multiple other reports that used to take me days (and days and days) to produce. Ditto easy peasy Budget Manager system. Easy bank reconcilliations. Cons Payroll not yet as smooth as other functionalities - but getting there! Makes the process of reconciliation painless , especially if you are not a bookkeeper. Deals well with paypal and other credit card batch deposits. Makes on the fly data entry easy. Cons They need to sort out the Accounts Payable and Receivable reports to include invoices up to the end of the month but including subsequent payments made after that date. Makes sending customer statements tedious if you don't do it on the 1st of the month and even more inconvenient if you need to produce a aged supplier report for 20th month (may just be a NZ thing) Review Source GG George G. I was getting ready to put my money where my mouth is and sign up to a full paying service, I'm glad I didn't the customer service is nonexistent at the trial run, how can a company this large not have a phone number for technical support!?!? It is near enough impossible to do any kind of trouble shooting via email especially when you get replies at 4am, then once you have replied it's another 24hrs until you get a reply. They said that they will be able to call me if I gave them a time and date the problem is once they get the reply to my email you have to wait another 24hrs for them to set it up, it's an absolute joke, how these guys are still in business offering this kind of technical support is beyond me. Pros Clear, simple layouts; many app integrations; consistently good customer service; excellent focus on research and development of new features. More robust than softwares like FreshBooks or Wave. It also has an easy to use dashboard Cons The customer service seems kind, however their response time is usually 18 hours or so. It is also great that others will not have access to the company unless given a permission. Pros It is very user friendly compared to other accounting software. There is a tutorial that can help you learn how to use the software but even though you skip it, you will still be able to navigate through the system because of the friendly interface. It is very easy to post journals, reconcile bank transactions, set up bank account, generate reports, edit chart of accounts, and customize financial reports. Cons Customer service is very bad. They rarely reply to tickets, and when they do, they never give a good answer. The community is the only way you can find solutions. May 16, 2022 3.0 Pros Not much. Support folks were kind but in the end, this system isn't helpful and there isn't much they can do. Cons It's just not good to use, to understand, to make an error in, or to even look at. It was recommended to us and I couldn't believe this person told us to try Xero. So not good.
