Pros

The strength of this software in my opinion is definitely the marketing module, even if to exploit it in the best way it is necessary to use third-party plugins like MailUp. From the marketing module it is possible to manage telephone campaigns, e-mails and online questionnaires by tracing different useful information afterwards to the sales department that will be able to make decisions analyzing the results of the campaign. The administrative section of InfiniteCRM is also interesting.

Cons

The InfiniteCRM version we used involved the use of a browser, but only with IE11 it was possible to use InfiniteCRM with full functions. Also it was necessary to reduce the IE11 security settings to activate some plugins. This is one of the points that led us to change CRM software. This limitation has been solved recently with the latest version.

[SuperOffice CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/39294/SuperOffice-CRM/)

The SugarCRM version used did not include a web interface. This was too limited for the sales department, especially when it was out of the office and needed to update the information retrieved for example at a trade show in real time.
