"Predatory terms and conditions with no flexibility - customer care is a joke"

**Overall:** Soured beyond belief. When I have to pay for an additional year of something that's become redundant because they cling to their contract terms (I hadn't hit my renewal yet, I was somewhere between 30 days and 60 days before my contract expiry) to soak me for thousands of dollars - would not recommend to anyone based on the lack of customer care alone.

**Pros:** The software and support itself is good. They worked with us on development and were responsive when asked.

**Cons:** Their business tactics are not aligned with customer service and generating a positive review. When the fit was no longer there due to our in-house initiatives, they refused to waver on their renewal notice which was 60 days and we were outside of, and billed for the annual renewal with no attempt to meet in the middle. I find these tactics predatory in the extreme, and it has completely changed my perception of their organization. If you want to use them, bite the bullet on the monthly fees so you don't have someone telling you send them the money and they don't care about anything else.

"ClientPoint for AEs"

**Overall:** Fairly easy to use and clients appreciate the videos.

**Pros:** The ease in which you can add a personalized video to attract attention and help clients put a face to a name.

**Cons:** It can get convoluted when you are simply trying to send a video, as opposed to sending a video with an order agreement
