It's great to have this system which allows you to organize all your documents and present them to your clients in simple steps. Pros: Amazing customer service. All suggestions are considered and implemented if possible. All documents are stored how you want them organized. Cons: Cant think of any at the moment.

Pros

The update has a more modern look to it which is great. There is some ease of access as far as how things are categorized.

Cons

When rearranging the order of uploaded files, you cannot see the entire list. You now have to scroll to see them. This makes it difficult to put into order. There is a delay in turning the pages of the proposal when viewing. Quick clicks to see the pages would be better.

I have used iproposal to help automate much of the proposal documents that I send to customers. It saves me time, headaches, and provides a professional, unique document to my customers. The feature that allows me to see when and for how long customers view the proposal is very interesting.

Using less paper is the biggest value. Knowing the client has received and viewed the proposal is also beneficial. Understanding the areas that most prospects spend time looking at, using the stats page, helps us to revise things and focus on whats important to them and future prospects

The team was great at communicating often via email and phone; plus they were very organized and kept the project on task and moving forward.

Cons

I wish we had known the limitations of the software fully up front. I didn't like being surprised by what I couldn't do halfway through deployment.

Pros

The amount of info/value you can add to any proposal. Very customized. Training was very detailed and the ability to track when a customer has opened it up, viewed or left comments is very powerful.

Cons

Needs a few trial run before you completely get it. Would like to see a few sample bids that we can mess around with as well.
