Because of how the data is gathered and put into a spreadsheet, it lessens time to create proposals.

Cons

I've found that it took a little bit of time to learn how to navigate the tool and find what I needed.

Pros

The interface on the back end was easy and powerful. The integration to Word made for a standard template to be easily edited and uploaded. GUI was slick . The tracking feature also made for post proposal ease after submittal. WORLDS ahead of my old way of editing a word document.

Cons

Had some trouble retaining my password upon login and the initial loading time for all my proposals was slower then expected.

What I most like about using paperless proposal is that we have all of our documents uploaded and filed so that it takes seconds to create a simple proposal.

Cons

What I least like about using paperless proposal is that it can be difficult to edit uploaded documents.
