En general me parece que es un buen programa y que cumple lo que promete, para gestionar un chat que apoye en el negocio.

Pros

My Live Chat es una aplicación excepcional que ha transformado por completo la forma en que gestiono las interacciones con los clientes en mi negocio. Su interfaz intuitiva y fácil de usar me ha permitido integrar el chat en mi sitio web sin ningún problema. Lo que más me impresiona es la rapidez con la que puedo responder a las consultas de los clientes, lo que ha mejorado significativamente la satisfacción del cliente y ha aumentado nuestras tasas de conversión. Además, las características de personalización son excelentes, lo que me permite adaptar el chat a la imagen de mi marca. En general, My Live Chat ha sido una adición invaluable a mi estrategia de atención al cliente, y no puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente a otros empresarios que buscan mejorar su servicio al cliente en línea

Some features needed to improve to make this live chat more user-friendly.

Pros

MyLiveChat is a powerful, yet easy-to-use live chat tool for your website that actually increases conversions. It has a nice balance of features, the service is reliable, and its customer support teams are extremely responsive to any inquiries. When you keep your chatbox on the side it's easier to get back onto it when you need to, so you can spend more time talking with clients. The customized messages for before and after chatting can be set up to match any language of your choosing. If English is the default on your server, you can still change the wording to use French or Spanish.

Cons

There are a few things about the UI design of the app that make it difficult to use. If you have a lot of people signed up, the company will only allow a certain number in at the same time.

We have repeatedly requested training and assistance to get our team up to speed on how to use this product and been told by customer support that there is nothing they can do to help us since they do not offer training. We've requested to speak to someone on the phone and been told that they do not offer phone support. We've requested to speak with a manager and been provided an email address for some representative and he has not replied to two of our emails over the last three weeks. When we returned to the chat function on the site to alert customer support of this, they were extremely rude and unhelpful.

Pros

It's a cheap, easy-to-implement solution to provide a chat function on our website.

Cons

There is no "bot" function with the option for automatic replies when employees are away. The software isn't very self-explanatory for new users, and to quote their customer support team, they "do not offer any training."

Reasons for choosing My LiveChat

This product was implemented before I began working here, but we are searching for a new solution now and will cancel our business with MyLiveChat as soon as humanly possible.

Pros

This software starts from free, and has a lot of features. You can set times when you are available for live chat, and outside of those hours it is a message feature. It works well with either the website or app, and gives you analytical information as well.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the notification to come through that someone wants to chat. By then they might have left, and you miss out on a potential customer

Pros

It is very easy to add a live chat to your website. There are also free plans available. There is an android app that tells you when someone on your website is trying to chat with you. A lot of analytical information is available through this tool as well.

Pros

Our company has been looking for a suitable chat room for chatting with customers for a long time. At first we contacted them only by e-mail (this is inconvenient and long), then we tried to communicate in Skype (not everyone has this program). Finally settled on LiveChat and very satisfied. The application is simple, everyone can customize it personally, and management then easily looks at the analytics and tries to improve the performance of our guys working in technical support.

Cons

In order to integrate LiveChat with CRM, we had to apply for technical support. No other problems arose.

Pros

Mylivechat is simply the best chat software you can find. It enables me to not only greet clients as they enter my website but to work with them as well.

Cons

It could use a slight update in aesthetics but is so user friendly that doesn't really matter. It works very well for me!
