Doctor Used the software for: ### "The EHR component is OK, the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is awful!" September 15, 2015 2.0 After years of use, the EHR component of eClinicalWorks was adequate to good, even very good, However, I fell for the "RCM is awesome" and moved in-house billing to RCM. This mistake destroyed my practice. DON'T USE THE RCM! It is awful! Review Source SC Steve C. I wish other's would follow suit! Pros This is a software system that is extremely easy to use. User friendly, efficient, and all around one of my favorite EMR's. Cons There is no training session for a new or first time user. I might recommend that, otherwise I have no complaints with this EMR. Review Source BS Brian S. Continuity of care is much more fluid between all specialties. Pros Easy to use. Cloud based. Document management. Single software solution. Campaigns and appointment reminders are built in. Cons Support can be hard to understand due to language barrier. Interfaces can be pricey when setting up new ones. Review Source DM Durga M. Short learning curve compared to most EHR. Cons Our system doesn’t interface with the ER, so end up having to access patients in 2 different places and sometimes re-enter data. Cons The software is poorly planned. The Meaningful Use system is fraudulent and does not tally the patients accurately, even after multiple phone calls and outside help on my end.
