Over all i am new to this product till date it's a great experience with the tool, Wehn compare to other similar technology in market this has a good UI experience to users and easily adoptable to anyone who is going to work newly in this tool.

Pros

Tracking of each project with relevant stake holders along with project progress is excellent, Track your own time spent on each project and calculation of efforts is very easy.

Cons

We cannot modify the timesheet until the approver or administrator give us the permission for the modification of Submitted timesheet.

### "Two Thumbs Up for Teamwork!"

I have been using Teamwork for many years now with my team (we have 4 people). It is perfect for what we need. We tried other tools. At one point, we even switched to something else (a new tool that was up and coming at the time). After several months of using that, we returned "back home" to Teamwork. Other tools are way to complicated and overkill for our needs. Some are too basic. This is our "baby Bear" - it is just right! Plus, as we grow, we can continue to use Teamwork.

Pros

I really like that Teamwork.com is constantly adding new features that make project management even easier. The platform is intuitive and simple to use, which makes it easy for my whole team to adopt quickly. It helps us stay organized and manage our projects more effectively without feeling overwhelmed. On top of that, their support team is always responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when we are stuck

Cons

I like to work on the go. One thing I do not like very much is the mobile app. Granted there is a LOT of info in play and the desktop version is packed. The mobile experience is not for me, however. I wish it was.

### "Inferior to other options "

We have used Teamwork for some projects but found it inferior to other project management tools. Important updates got lost because of the structure of the tasks, and the team didn't find the tool intuitive.

Pros

Teamwork is collaborative so the whole team can use it.

Cons

Compared to other project management tools Teamwork is inferior. It's hard to organize tasks by category and sub category, and tracking changes or updates on a task is much harder than in other tools, making Teamwork messy for project management.

Our overall experience with Teamwork has been very positive. We use it daily to coordinate engineering activities, track project schedules, manage client deliverables, and monitor resource allocation. The platform provides a clear view of project status across the organization and helps ensure accountability among team members. The combination of task management, collaboration tools, time tracking, and reporting has improved both productivity and communication. Teamwork has become an important part of our project delivery process and continues to provide good value for our organization.

Pros

Teamwork has been a great tool for managing complex engineering projects with multiple team members, deadlines, and deliverables. The task management system is easy to use, project visibility is excellent, and the time tracking features help us monitor effort across projects. We particularly like the ability to assign tasks, track progress, manage workloads, and keep project communication tied directly to the work being performed. It has significantly reduced the need for spreadsheets and email follow-ups.

Cons

While the platform is very capable, some pages can feel slow when working with large projects containing many tasks and subtasks. Reporting is good, but additional customization options for dashboards and project analytics would make it even more useful for engineering and consulting organizations managing multiple concurrent projects.

Overall very good and i believe it's a good value for the price it is! It's a great way to make sure everyone on your team is on the same page.

Pros

I like most all the different ways to sort and filter information. It organizes information for easy search. Plus their automations are always helpful for repetitive processes.

Cons

While there are some bugs that come up here and there, the team usually is fairly quick to solve them. Although, one that's been a problem lately is proofs not staying within a task when it moves projects.

I genuinely enjoy using Teamwork. Even as a solo freelance film director, it gives me a clear and structured way to manage daily tasks, deadlines and my calendar. In an industry that can often feel chaotic and fast moving, it brings focus, organization and calm. A true must have.

Working solo gives me freedom, yet I miss real time feedback and shared creative energy. sometimes!!

Pros

organizational management and task tracking are most useful to me personally. As an organization, we also appreciate the good customer support.

Cons

The value for money is lower for us as we do not utilize all the tools we should. This is more our responsibility and internal limitations however.

The only downside I noticed was that certain features could be a little clunky or take extra steps to get exactly what I needed. But overall, it was still a very helpful tool.
